
Tunis, February 16 (Petra) — Interior Minister Mazen Faraya met on Sunday with Bahraini Interior Minister Lieutenant General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa on the sidelines of the 42nd session of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers in Tunisia.
During the meeting, Faraya and Al Khalifa discussed ways to strengthen security cooperation between the two countries. They addressed key issues of mutual interest that contribute to regional security and stability.
The discussion included an overview of the most pressing security challenges in the region, as well as strategies for addressing them effectively through expertise exchange and joint coordination.
They emphasised the importance of continuing collaboration between the interior ministries in Jordan and Bahrain to further their shared interests and support Arab efforts in combating crime while maintaining security and stability.
