Amman, Feb 19 (Petra) – CEO of the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE), Mazen Wathaifi, met Wednesday with Governor of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC), Renat Bekturov, who is visiting Jordan as part of an official delegation from Kazakhstan.
During the meeting, Wathaifi provided an overview of the recent developments in the Amman Stock Exchange and highlighted key advancements in Jordan’s capital market.
For his part, Bekturov outlined the structure and role of Kazakhstan’s financial sector and praised the progress made in Jordan’s capital market. He emphasized the importance of strengthening Jordanian-Kazakh cooperation in the coming period across various sectors of mutual interest, fostering economic and financial ties between the two nations.
