Ramtha, Feb. 23 (Petra) – Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) on Sunday received a delegation from the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia (PBM) to enhance academic cooperation and exchange expertise.
The PBM’s several-day visit comes in the context of JUST Faculty of Pharmacy’s bid to obtain Malaysian accreditation for its academic programs.
Speaking at the meeting, JUST Vice President, Dr. Bashir Khasawneh, reviewed the university’s efforts in achieving academic and research “excellence,” highlighting its achievements at the local and international levels.
Khasawneh also stressed the university’s keenness to strengthen partnerships with international educational institutions.
The visit, he noted, reflects the university’s “prestigious” position and its Faculty of Pharmacy regionally and internationally and supports its “continuous” efforts to achieve academic development and innovation.
