Amman, May 7 (Petra) – Civil Defense Directorate (CDD) dealt with 1,576 different incidents over the past 24 hours, including 1,387 emergency cases, as well as 118 and 71 rescue and firefighting incidents, respectively, with an average response time of 7:34 minutes.
The CDD stated its personnel provided the necessary first aid to 1,387 cases, affirming its “readiness” to respond to various types of incidents.
In a statement Wednesday, the CDD urged citizens to adhere to public safety guidelines, especially amid the high temperatures during the summer to preserve lives and property.
