Amman, March 9 (Petra) — The United Arab Emirates Ministry of Defense announced on Monday that two members of the armed forces were killed after a helicopter crashed due to a technical malfunction while carrying out their national duty in the country.
In a separate development, UAE air defenses detected 15 ballistic missiles on Monday, 12 of which were destroyed, while three fell into the sea, according to the Emirates News Agency.
Air defenses also detected 18 drones, intercepting 17 of them, while one drone fell inside the country’s territory.
