Amman, June 6 (Petra) – The weather on Saturday will be moderate in
most areas, and warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), the weather
will remain unchanged as the day earlier through Tuesday.
Winds will be northwesterly and moderate, often becoming gusty,
mainly in the desert regions.
Today’s maximum and minimum temperatures in Amman range between
29-18 degrees Celsius, while the level in the northern mountains will
stand at 25-15C.
The JMD added that mercury in desert regions will reach 33-18C and
the Gulf of Aqaba will see a scorching 39C, sliding to 24C at night.
