Amman, June 07 (QNA) – Jordan’s King Abdullah II stressed on Sunday the importance of cranking up efforts to uphold the ceasefire between the United States and Iran and ensure the security and stability of Arab nations.
During his meeting with Iraqi Parliament Speaker Hebat Al Halbousi, the Jordanian monarch recalled that it is critical to prevent the regional situation from being taken advantage of as a pretext to impose a new reality in Jerusalem, the West Bank, and Gaza.
In another context, King Abdullah affirmed the importance of reinforcing ties between Jordan and Iraq across a variety of fields. (QNA)
