Tripoli, June 21 (QNA) -Libya’s National Oil Corporation said Sunday that the country’s crude output reached 1,438,560 barrels per day, with condensate production at 49,163 barrels per day, bringing total daily output to 1,487,723 barrels — the highest level since 2013.
In a statement carried by the Libyan News Agency, the corporation said production is now close to its previously announced target of 1.5 million barrels per day.
Masoud Suleman, chairman of the NOC board, said the corporation was continuing its efforts at a steady pace to reach the goal before the end of the year, in support of Libya’s economy. (QNA)
