Sports for All Summer Camp Continues in Lusail

Doha, July 05 (QNA) – The Sports for All Summer Program 2026 continues its activities for the second week at Lusail Sports Arena.

The Summer Program is organized by the Qatar Sports For All Federation (QSFA) under the umbrella of the Ministry of Sports and Youth.

Targeting children aged 7 to 11 years, the Program attracted 320 children in its 1st week.

QSFA Executive Director Abdullah Al Dosari said that the Summer Program has seen growing participation from children and their families, reflecting increasing community awareness of the importance of physical activity and making productive use of the summer vacation.

The Program provides a safe sports and recreational environment, featuring a variety of programs aimed at developing participants’ physical and mental abilities while fostering cooperation, teamwork, and self-confidence, Al Dosari added.

Divided into four stages, the Summer Program extends for eight weeks, combining sports, awareness, and educational activities.

These include football training, Muay Thai, Table Tennis, speed and strength exercises, recreational games, healthy nutrition lectures, and educational workshops focused on developing personal skills and promoting teamwork, discipline, a healthy lifestyle, and positive behaviors. (QNA)
