Gaza, July 08 (QNA) – Six Palestinians, including children, were killed and others injured today in several airstrikes, shelling, and gunfire by Israeli occupation forces on various areas of the Gaza Strip.
Medical sources reported that four Palestinians were killed and several others wounded when an Israeli drone targeted a tent housing displaced people south of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
The sources said that ambulance and civil defense teams transported the bodies of the martyrs to hospitals in the southern Gaza Strip, along with the wounded for treatment.
A child was also killed by gunfire from an Israeli machine gun mounted on a crane east of the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City. Another child was killed, and others wounded in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a gathering of civilians on Al-Ayoun Street in western Gaza City.
The toll from the Israeli occupation’s aggression against the Gaza Strip has risen to 73,110 martyrs and 173,599 wounded since the start of the offensive on October 7, 2023. (QNA)
