Amman, Aug. 11 (Petra) — Ninety percent of students from SOS
Children’s Villages Jordan in Amman, Irbid, and Aqaba who sat this
year’s General Secondary Education Certificate (Tawjihi) examination
passed, demonstrating their determination to continue their education
and pursue their ambitions with the association’s support to build
more independent futures.

The association said in a statement on Tuesday that the students
achieved strong results, with the highest average reaching 88%.

The achievement reflects the association’s approach of providing
comprehensive and continuous care that goes beyond a safe and stable
environment to include educational support and assistance for young
men and women to continue their studies, develop their capabilities,
and prepare to enter new stages of their lives, it said.

The results reaffirm that education is not merely an academic stage
but one of the key pathways towards independence and building a
future, the association said, stressing that sustained support and
appropriate opportunities can make a real difference in the lives of
young people.
