— The Omani national cricket team qualified to the semi-finals of the ACC
Men’s Premier Cup 2026 (50 runs), despite losing to the UAE team by 49 runs in
their match at the YSD-UKM Cricket Oval ground in Bangi, Malaysia, as part of
the final round of Group B matches.
Despite the loss, the team had
achieved enough results in its previous matches to secure a top-two finish in
Group B, to book a place in the semi-finals based on its net score.
