21 Sep 2026 (ONA) — Gold prices held largely steady today near their one-week
high recorded on Friday.
Spot
gold settled at $4,379.74 per ounce, virtually unchanged, while US gold futures
for December delivery slipped 0.1 percent to $4,419.40.
Among
other precious metals, spot silver rose 0.8 percent to $66.76 per ounce,
platinum climbed 0.2 percent to $1,804.33, and palladium gained 0.7 percent to
$1,311.65.
