Amman, Oct. 11 (Petra) — Zain Jordan has received the Best
Workplaces in the Middle East ranking from Great Place to Work, the
telecom company said in a statement Sunday.
Zain said the ranking reflects its vision of building a workplace
based on trust, respect, diversity, inclusion and fairness.
As for its vision, the company said it gives employees the room to
“grow and contribute positive impact,” while providing the
appropriate conditions to help staff perform their roles
“efficiently” and develop their careers.
Zain Jordan also offers employees ongoing education, training and
professional development to build the skills needed for career
advancement.
