Amman, January 25 (Petra) – Abdali Hospital announced a new strategic partnership with Syrian American Medical Society (SAMS), aiming to provide cardiac treatments to low-income patients in the region.
The partnership will implement interventional cardiac catheterization procedures and surgeries at “significantly” lower prices, as the two sides plan to organize several humanitarian initiatives during 2025.
In a hospital statement Saturday, its Medical Director, Dr. Bishr Kawar, expressed “pride” over this cooperation, praising the SAMS’s reputation in delivering care to underprivileged communities.
The hospital, he noted, is equipped with “advanced” capabilities for treating heart diseases, mainly 3 modern catheterization laboratories and “fully” equipped operating theaters.
Kawar added that the hospital’s intensive care ward applies the “highest” international standards, while its anesthesia team is comprised of experts in cardiac anesthesia and intensive care.
SAMS seeks to meet the healthcare needs of underprivileged communities in the Middle East.
