Saudi Arabia’s Voluntary Carbon Market Fuels the Shift to a Low-Carbon
Khartoum, (SUNA) – President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, sent a congratulatory message to Chinese President Xi Jinping on the occasion of his country’s National Day. Al-Burhan expressed his warmest congratulations and sincere wishes for good health and happiness to President Xi, and for further progress and prosperity to the government and people of the friendly People’s Republic of China. The TSC President praised the progress and achievements made by China, as well as its support for peace and efforts to enhance cooperation among the peoples of the world, affirming the depth of bilateral relations and joint coordination between the two countries at international and regional forums.
