Amman, June 1 (Petra) – A new contingent of 31 medical,
administrative and technical personnel from the Royal Medical
Services arrived on Monday at the Jordanian field hospital in Tel
al-Hawa in the northern Gaza Strip.
The team was received by the commander of the Jordanian Field
Hospital Force in Southern Gaza/10, who underscored the important
role the new personnel will play in supporting their colleagues and
helping sustain the hospital’s humanitarian mission.
The deployment is intended to strengthen the hospital’s capabilities
with specialised expertise, enabling it to continue providing medical
services efficiently amid mounting pressure on Gaza’s healthcare
system and the ongoing humanitarian and health challenges facing the
Strip.
The newly arrived personnel will serve across specialised clinics,
medical departments and administrative and logistical units, helping
ensure the uninterrupted delivery of healthcare services and
treatment for residents of the Gaza Strip around the clock.
