Amman, June 18 (Petra) — Turnover at the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE)
reached JD 15.6 million on Thursday, with 5.4 million shares traded
through 5,165 transactions.
The general share price index closed at 3,963 points, down 0.15
percent.
Of the 94 companies traded, 28 saw their share prices rise, while 32
declined.
At the sector level, the industrial index fell by 0.91 percent, the
services index rose by 0.20 percent, and the financial index slipped
by 0.08 percent.
