Amman, June 14 (Petra) –The Amman Stock Exchange’s (ASE) general
price index climbed 1.55% Sunday to close at 4,015 points,
Trading volume reached 24.9 million dinars across 5,498 transactions
involving 5.6 million shares.
The industrial sector led advances, rising 3.22%, followed by the
financial sector at 1.31% and services at 0.74%.
Of the 100 listed companies that traded, 45 closed higher and 21
declined.
