The document stipulates in particular that the Moroccan government will take all necessary measures, in accordance with the provisions of Moroccan legislation in force, to facilitate access to and residence in the Kingdom of Morocco for ICESCO’s contract staff in the context of training and professional qualification programs.

Founded in 1982, Rabat-based ICESCO is an intergovernmental organization specializing in education, science and culture, with 53 member states in four regions: Africa, the Arab world, Asia and Latin America.
