Doha, July 14 (QNA) – HE Chairman of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya Dr. Mohamed Al Menfi arrived in Doha on Tuesday to offer condolences on the passing of HH the Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani.
His Excellency and the accompanying delegation were received upon arrival at Hamad International Airport by HE Minister of Transport Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Thani, and Acting Charge d’Affaires of the Embassy of Libya in Doha, Faraj Mohamed Al Arabi. (QNA)
