Colonists Storm Al-Aqsa Mosque as “Temple Groups” Call for Widespread Raids Next MondayOccupied Jerusalem, 30 Sep (ONA) — Dozens of colonists stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque Tuesday morning, while groups affiliated with the so-called “Temple Organizations Union” called on their supporters to participate widely in storming it next Monday under the pretext of celebrating the Hebrew (Day of the Throne). According to Palestinian sources, dozens of colonists entered the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque through the Moroccan Gate, under the protection of the Israeli police, carried out provocative tours, and performed Talmudic rituals. Day by day, the assaults by the occupation and its colonists on Al-Aqsa Mosque are escalating, intensifying particularly during Jewish holidays. During these occasions, the so-called Temple groups have vowed to surpass previous records of Al-Aqsa intruders, offering free transportation from various areas. Since the start of the comprehensive Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank in October 2023, tens of thousands of colonists have stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque under the protection of the occupation forces, amid tightened entry measures to the mosque and the entrances of the Old City. — Ends/AH
