Doha, September 09 (QNA) – Hamad International Airport (HIA) has launched the “Vitality and Wellness Studio” inside “The Orchard” indoor tropical garden at Concourse C, offering adult travelers a complimentary wellness experience designed to relieve travel fatigue and muscle tension.
Running from September 6 through October 25 for guests aged 18 and above, the initiative provides 20-minute guided sessions led by professional instructors. The program combines light stretching and breathing exercises with red-light therapy mats utilizing warm, dim lighting to promote deep relaxation.
Situated across the 6,000-square-meter indoor garden, which features over 300 trees and 35,000 plants sourced globally, the studio provides a tranquil natural sanctuary allowing transit passengers to unwind away from terminal pressures.
Since opening in 2022, The Orchard has established itself as a landmark destination at Hamad International Airport, blending nature, art, and high-end retail.
The lush space features bronze sculptures and is surrounded by luxury hospitality venues, including the Qatar Airways Al Mourjan Business Class Lounge, The Garden, Dior Spa, and Louis Vuitton Lounge. (QNA)
