Israeli Occupation Arrests 15 Palestinians in West BankOccupied Jerusalem, 25 Sep (ONA) — The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched a massive arrest and raid campaign across several West Bank governorates today, searching homes and arresting 15 Palestinians. Palestinian news agency (WAFA) reported that the IOF arrested six Palestinians in Ramallah, two others in Bethlehem and a freed captive in the district of Silwan, Occupied Jerusalem (Al-Quds). They also arrested six Palestinians and detained dozens of others during their raids on different areas in Al-Khalil, including an elderly, WAFA added. In a related context, the IOF set up a military checkpoint in the Nashash area, south of Bethlehem, searched citizens’ vehicles, checked their IDs, and obstructed traffic. This arrest campaign comes as part of the escalating policy pursued by the Israeli occupation in the West Bank, which aims to terrorize Palestinians, restrict movement, and persecute activists and freed captives. — Ends/AH
