Israeli Occupation Forces Demolish Two Occupied Homes in West Bank

Ramallah, July 9 (Petra) – Israeli occupation forces on Thursday
demolished two occupied homes in Hebron and Salfit governorates as
part of continued attacks on Palestinian property in the occupied
West Bank.

Osama Makhamreh, who monitors Israeli violations in southern Hebron,
said Israeli forces raided the Ar-Rifa’iyya area in Khallet
Al-Maiyya, east of Yatta, and used bulldozers to demolish a two-story
home owned by Iyad Al-Amour. The 600-square-meter home housed three
families comprising 15 people, Makhamreh said.

Israeli forces also demolished a home in the town of Bruqin, west of
Salfit, after partially demolishing it last week.

The Bruqin Municipal Council said Israeli forces raided the northern
part of the town and demolished the remaining section of a
100-square-meter, single-story home owned by Atta Rabie. The house
was ready for occupancy.

In a related development, Israeli forces carried out widespread raids
and arrests across the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem, including
house searches, arrests, and field interrogations.

The Palestinian Prisoners Society said Israeli forces raided several
areas amid heavy gunfire and detained 15 Palestinians, claiming they
were wanted.
