Amman, July 07 (QNA) – Jordan on Tuesday condemned the Iranian attack targeting the Qatari tanker Al Rekayyat as it transited near the Strait of Hormuz.
In a statement, Jordan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs described the attack as a flagrant violation of international law and a threat to the security and safety of maritime navigation.
The ministry reaffirmed Jordan’s condemnation of the attack and expressed the kingdom’s full solidarity with Qatar, stressing its support for all measures the country takes to safeguard its security, stability and national assets. (QNA)
