Jordanian artist to participate in Montenegro’s Ulcinj International Art Symposium

Irbid, June 13 (Petra) — The Al Rowad Association for Fine Arts,
represented by its president, Jordanian fine artist Dr. Khalil
El-Kofahi, is participating in the Ulcinj International Fine Arts
Symposium hosted by Montenegro. The event runs from June 12 to 16,
2026, and features a collection of artistic works carrying
historical, cultural, and national dimensions that reflect Jordan’s
identity and cultural heritage.

El-Kofahi emphasized that his participation in this global art
platform represents an important opportunity to present a bright
image of the Jordanian fine arts movement and highlight the
uniqueness of the Jordanian artistic experience before an elite group
of artists and creators from various countries around the world.

He pointed out that the Ulcinj International Fine Arts Symposium is
considered one of the most prominent artistic events in the Balkan
region, bringing together annually elite international artists in a
creative forum that celebrates art, culture, and cultural dialogue,
cementing Ulcinj’s status as a city of art, culture, and history.

The historic city of Ulcinj is hosting the symposium’s activities
under the title “Inspiration Dulcigno.” The event is being held at
the Palata Venezia Hotel, located in the heart of the Old Town, with
the participation of 30 fine artists representing 17 countries from
around the world.

This international artistic event takes place in a city considered
one of the oldest on the Adriatic coast, with historical roots
stretching back more than 2,500 years, characterized by a rich
cultural heritage, civilizational diversity, and natural beauty that
has made it a global destination for art and creativity.
