Macky Sall was speaking at the opening of the 12th edition of the National Festival of Arts and Cultures (FESNAC), in the presence of Minister of Youth, Culture and Communication, Mohamed Mehdi Bensaid, who represents Morocco, this year’s event guest of honor.
“For this 12th edition of FESNAC, we have as our guest of honor the Kingdom of Morocco, a country to which we are linked by a long tradition of multi-faceted, friendly, fraternal, spiritual, economic and commercial relations”, Macky Sall emphasized.
In this respect, the Senegalese president instructed Bensaid to convey to HM King Mohammed VI his cordial greetings and thanks for the interest shown by the Sovereign in strengthening relations between the two countries, particularly in the field of culture.
