Military Credit Fund Launches ‘Awn’ Digital Assistant for Beneficiaries

Amman, Oct. 1 (Petra) — The Military Credit Fund has launched a
virtual assistant named “Awn” to provide beneficiaries with easier
access to information on its products and services as it expands its
digital service channels.

Described by the fund as its “digital employee,” Awn will introduce
beneficiaries to available products and services, answer related
inquiries and simplify information through an accessible digital
interface.

The name “Awn,” Arabic for assistance or support, was chosen to
reflect the virtual assistant’s role in helping beneficiaries obtain
the information they need.

The initiative is part of the fund’s drive to adopt modern digital
solutions, improve communication with beneficiaries and make its
services and information more accessible.

The fund said Awn is designed to provide a simple, user-friendly and
reliable means of communication, supporting broader efforts to
enhance the beneficiary experience through digital channels.
