NNA – Minister of Labor, Mohammad Haidar, briefed the Director-General of the Arab Labor Organization, Fayez Ali Al-Mutairi, on the latest developments in Lebanon, particularly the challenges facing the labor sector and workers in light of the repercussions of the Israeli aggression.
The two ministers presented details of the plan adopted by the Ministry of Labor, which includes automation and digital transformation, regulating migrant workers, enhancing employment opportunities, and accelerating vocational training.
The Minister requested the Arab Labor Organization#39;s support in implementing this plan, which would contribute to revitalizing and developing the Lebanese labor market.
Al-Mutairi affirmed the organization#39;s readiness to provide all necessary support, particularly in the areas of automation and vocational training.
