Madrid, October 06 (QNA) – HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi met on Tuesday in Madrid with HE State Secretary for Foreign and Global Affairs of the Kingdom of Spain Diego Martinez Belio.
