Amman, Sept. 28 (Petra) — The Unified Admission Coordination Unit at
the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development announced
on Monday the opening of applications for mischoice corrections,
change-of-major, or change-of-university for students benefiting from
the Royal Makruma (Benefaction) for the Children of Tribes in the
Badia (Desert) Schools and Schools with Special Circumstances for the
2026–2027 academic year.

Applications opened on Monday and will remain available until 3:00
p.m. on Thursday, the unit said in a statement.

Submissions must be made online through the unit’s undergraduate
portal. Eligibility for transfers is restricted to Jordanian students
meeting the Royal Makruma criteria, subject to available vacancies
and the competitive minimum acceptance score threshold for the
Makruma in each governorate.

Transfers into Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, and Doctor of Pharmacy
(PharmD) programs are explicitly excluded per the decision of the
Royal Makruma’s Higher Committee, the statement added.

The unit will announce the names of approved students following the
deadline based on competitive thresholds and seat availability in
target programs.
