26 May (ONA) — Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 index today closed at 4,510.56
points, dropping by 4.05 points, or 0.09 percent, compared to the previous
trading session’s close of 4,514.60 points.
The
trading value today reached RO 7,161,743, rising by 31.2 percent compared to
the last trading session’s value of RO 5,459,004.
The
MSX report indicated that the market capitalization decreased by 0.127 percent
from the previous trading day, reaching approximately RO 27.69 billion.
Non-Omani
investors recorded purchases worth RO 463,000, accounting for 6.46 percent of
total trading, while their sales amounted to RO 765,000, representing 10.68
percent. Consequently, the net investment by non-Omani investors decreased by
RO 302,000, or 4.22 percent.
