2 Jun (ONA) — Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 index today closed at 4,570.79
points, gaining 5.6 points, or 0.12 percent, compared to the previous trading
session’s close of 4,565.23 points.
The
trading value today reached RO 15,494,130, increasing by 56.3 percent compared
to the last trading session’s value of RO 9,913,748.
The
MSX report indicated that the market capitalization went up by 0.246 percent
from the previous trading day, reaching approximately RO 27.96 billion.
Non-Omani
investors recorded purchases worth RO 2,190,000, accounting for 14.14 percent
of total trading, while their sales amounted to RO 1,904,000, representing 12.29
percent. Consequently, the net investment by non-Omani investors increased by
RO 286,000, or 1.85 percent.
