MSX Loses 39 Points
Muscat, 15 Jun (ONA) — The Muscat
Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index today closed at 4,503.74 points, declining by
39.4 points (0.87%) compared to the previous session’s close of 4,543.10
points.
Total trading volume today fell to RO 8,315,543,
marking a 48.5% drop from the last session’s RO 16,143,754.
According to an MSX report, the market
capitalization decreased by 0.436% from the previous trading day, settling at
approximately RO 27.97 billion.
Non-Omani investors recorded purchases
worth RO 491,000 (5.90% of total trading) and sales of RO 1,378,000 (16.58%).
This resulted in a net foreign investment outflow of RO 888,000, reflecting a
10.67% decline.
