Discuss Ways to Enhance Investment Cooperation
Manama, 5 October 2026 (ONA) — A delegation
from Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) today began a visit to the
Kingdom of Bahrain. During the visit, the OCCI team conferred with members of
Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the two chambers discussed ways to
enhance trade and investment cooperation.

Deputy Chairman of the OCCI Board of Directors, held a meeting with Nabeel
Khalid Kanoo, Chairman of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI).
The meeting discussed cooperation
in the sector of logistics and road transport, as well as steps to realize the
smooth flow of goods between the two countries in a manner that lends support
to traders and owners of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the two countries.
The discussions also covered means
of leveraging the experience of Bahrain Chamber in activating sectoral
committees and fostering cooperation with the OCCI, with a view to centres that
were established by the latter.
