Parliament began discussing the urgent draft law, which aims to amend some municipal provisions and texts related to the Beirut Municipality, submitted by MPs Ghassan Hasbani, Nicolas Sehnaoui, Nadim Gemayel, Fouad Makhzoumi, Faisal Sayegh, and Hagop Terzian.
