Khartoum, August 30, 2026 (SUNA) – Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris on Sunday met with the Governor of Darfur Region Minni Arko Minnawi. The meeting discussed developments and the current challenges facing the country, including the humanitarian situation across Sudan and particularly in the Darfur region, as well as international engagement on the matter. It also addressed the efforts being made by the state to achieve peace and stability.
