Madrid, June 17 (QNA) – Real Madrid announced on Wednesday the signing of Portuguese international midfielder Bernardo Silva after leaving Manchester City. Silva spent nine years with the English club.
The Spanish club stated it reached an agreement with Silva for him to become a Real Madrid player for the next two seasons, until June 30, 2028.
The Portuguese player joined Manchester City from Monaco in 2017 and made 460 appearances with the club. During his time, he contributed to the club winning six Premier League titles, three FA cups, five league cups, and the champions league.
Silva has also made 109 appearances for Portugal, winning the UEFA Nations League twice, in 2019 and 2025. (QNA)
