NNAnbsp; Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said on Thursday his government will implement a 14.1 billion euro ($15.66 billion) plan, including 7.4 billion euros in new financing, to cushion the impact of the new U.S. tariffs on the Spanish economy.
