London, June 3 (Petra) – British Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper on
Wednesday condemned the attack on Kuwait International Airport
against civilians and expressed condolences to the victims and their
families.
In a post on social media platform X, Cooper affirmed the United
Kingdom’s full support for Kuwait and its Gulf partners, stressing
their right to security and stability and called for the continuation
of efforts to uphold the ceasefire.
She urged Iran to fully engage in dialogue to reach a peaceful
solution aimed at de-escalating tensions in the region.
