Washington, July 14 (QNA) – The US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced Tuesday that it had completed its latest wave of strikes against Iran.
In a statement posted on X, CENTCOM said US forces carried out a five-hour mission targeting military sites across Iran, including Bushehr, Chabahar, Jask, Konarak, Abu Musa, and Bandar Abbas, with the aim of further degrading Iran’s ability to attack commercial shipping.
The statement said US forces employed precision-guided munitions against Iranian coastal defense systems, missile and drone sites, and maritime capabilities during the operation.
CENTCOM added that US forces remain vigilant, lethal, and ready. (QNA)
