Dollar Nears Two-Month Low in Early TradingSingapore, 16 Dec 2025 (ONA) — The US dollar today fell in early Asian trading, hovering near its lowest level in nearly two months. The dollar index, which measures the greenback against a basket of major currencies, slipped 0.2% to 98.261, close to its weakest level since 17 October 2025. The dollar also eased 0.1% against the Japanese yen to 155.07, as markets awaited the Bank of Japan’s interest rate decision next Friday.
