Oil Prices Gain on Upbeat China Data Singapore, 20 Jan 2026 (ONA) — Oil prices rose during today’s trading, supported by Chinese economic data that boosted expectations of improved demand. Brent crude futures climbed 19 cents, or 0.3 percent, to $64.13 a barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures for February — which expire today, Tuesday — rose 25 cents, or 0.4 percent.
