Kuwait, June 30 (QNA) – Boursa Kuwait closed lower on Tuesday, with its All Share Index losing 44.36 points, or 0.51%, to settle at 8,706.33 points.
A total of 289.8 million shares changed hands in 22,359 cash transactions worth KWD 77.7 million (approximately $ 252.8 million).
The Main Market Index lost 44.25 points, or 0.49, to close at 9,061.40 points, with 177.2 million shares traded in 11,286 transactions worth KWD 31.3 million (approximately $101.8 million).
The Premier Market Index was down 46.68 points, or 0.51%, to 9,082.68 points, with 112.5 million shares traded in 11,073 transactions worth KWD 46.3 million (approximately $150.6 million).
Meanwhile, the Main 50 Index advanced 40.94 points, or 0.42%, to close at 9,820.37 points, with 127.4 million shares traded in 7,504 transactions worth KWD 24.2 million (approximately $78.7 million). (QNA)
