Aqaba, July 1 (Petra) – The Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority
(ASEZA) on Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding with the
Aqaba Innovation and Excellence Academy for Education Consulting

It aims to enhance cooperation in the fields of digital economy and
innovation, empowering youth to acquire modern technical skills,

regional technology and entrepreneurship hub.

The memo is in line with ASEZA’s efforts to boost partnerships with
the private sector and develop a supportive environment for digital
transformation and innovation, said Thabet Al-Nabulsi, ASEZA
Commissioner for Tourism and Youth Affairs.

This will be achieved through the implementation of joint programs
and initiatives focused on building digital capabilities, supporting
entrepreneurship, and fostering an environment conducive to
creativity and technological development, he added.

and innovation, empowering youth with future skills, and supporting
the entrepreneurial environment.

She said the partnership with ASEZA will contribute to implementing
high-quality programs and initiatives that enhance digital skills and
open broader horizons for youth participation in the digital economy.

Areas of cooperation include organizing training programs and
specialized workshops in the fields of electronics, e-sports,
artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.

It also includes supporting entrepreneurs and startups, promoting the
exchange of expertise, and building partnerships with local,
regional, and international entities, contributing to developing the
