Kuwait, July 02 (QNA) – Boursa Kuwait closed lower on Thursday, with its All Share Index losing 8.10 points, or 0.09%, to settle at 8,696.42 points. A total of 279.3 million shares changed hands in 22,496 cash transactions worth KWD 81.9 million (approximately $ 251.4 million).
The Main Market Index lost 17.65 points, or 0.20, to close at 8,955.64 points, with 188.18 million shares traded in 13,524 transactions worth KWD 41.8 million (approximately $128.3 million).
The Premier Market Index was down 6.48 points, or 0.07%, to 9,092.64 points, with 91.18 million shares traded in 9,092.64 transactions worth KWD 40 million (approximately $122.8 million).
Meanwhile, the Main 50 Index advanced 65.06 points, or 0.66%, to close at 9,985.79 points, with 163.8 million shares traded in 10,870 transactions worth KWD 37.3 million (approximately $114.5 million). (QNA)
