Amman recycling company launches complaints platform for Jordanians

Amman, July 2 (Petra) – Amman Vision Treatment and Recycling (AVTR)
on Thursday launched an artificial intelligence (AI) powered
complaints system to streamline the reporting and resolution of
issues related to waste management and sanitation services.

Amjad Anasweh, AVTR’s CEO, said the platform is part of the company’s
efforts to improve service quality by using AI to receive, analyze,
and automatically route complaints to the relevant service provider,
enabling faster response times and more efficient case management.

He said Jordanians can submit complaints through a dedicated hotline
(0798600860), after which they receive an SMS containing a link to
complete their report by uploading a photo and sharing the location
of the issue. The company said geolocation is essential for directing
complaints to the service provider responsible for the relevant area
of Amman.

Complaints can also be submitted and tracked through the company’s
online portal at complaints.avtr.jo, allowing users to monitor the
status of their reports until they are resolved.

The company said all complaints will be handled under defined service
standards and performance indicators, with service providers required
to address reported issues within specified time-frames to improve
accountability, transparency, and service delivery.
