Jordan condemns terrorist bombing in Damascus

Amman, July 2 (Petra) — The Ministry of Foreign and Expatriate
Affairs on Thursday condemned the terrorist bombing that targeted a
cafe near the Palace of Justice in the Syrian capital, Damascus.

The ministry’s spokesperson Fouad Al-Majali affirmed the Kingdom’s
full solidarity with the government and people of the Syrian Arab
Republic, reiterating Jordan’s absolute rejection of all forms of
violence and terrorism aimed at destabilizing security and stability.

Al-Majali reaffirmed Jordan’s steadfast support for the security,
stability, sovereignty, territorial integrity, and safety of Syria
and its citizens.

He expressed his sincere condolences and sympathies to the Syrian
government and people, as well as to the families of the victims,
wishing a speedy recovery to those injured in the attack.
