New York, July 15 (Petra) — Major U.S. stock indexes closed higher
on Wednesday, while U.S. benchmark West Texas Intermediate (WTI)
crude oil rose by about $1 to settle at $80.27 a barrel.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 150 points, or 0.29%, to
close at 52,658.
The Nasdaq Composite advanced 162 points, or 0.62%, to finish at
26,269.
The S&P 500 rose about 28 points, or 0.38%, ending the session at
7,572.
